Be careful going here!!! I had the worst experience dealing with them. First of all my car was towed there after an accident. I went there a couple days after the accident to pick up my belongings out of my car because that was what my insurance told me to do. PJ's (the receptionist) was very forceful, she wanted me to sign paperwork for them to fix my car. I explained to her my insurance said to sign a release form and to pick up my belongings. She would not let me sign the release form because PJ's said it was fixable. I had to go back and fourth with her before she let me sign just the release form. Then I asked if I should take the tags to and she told me I couldn't. Long story short I get a phone call from my insurance saying they could not pick my vehicle up because the tags were on it. PJ's would not give me my tags unless my insurance said my car was a total loss and would not give my vehicle to my insurance company for them to inspect it to determine that if it was. It took a week before my insurance was able to get it. They were very forceful on trying to make sure my car was to stay there for them to make the repairs. But at the end of all the mess my car was a total loss so PJ's was wrong. Don't sign there papers unless your insurance says too. They were very inconsiderate of the fact that was already overwhelmed because of the accident.
PJ's Auto Body is AWESOME! My car was side swiped on the street. My insurance company had PJ's pick up my car and they had me up in running in a week. They also cleaned my car's interior and exterior it looked like new. They did a fabulous job and I would recommend them to anyone. They follow up with you and the entire staff was nice from the Tow guy to the front desk lady. Great Job PJ"s!!!!! *****
This evening I broke down in a different vehicle, they sent their flatbed immediately and I was back home. No business is perfect, but this locally owned business does it best to take care of people and perform professional quality work. Hopefully I won't be needing paint and body work anytime soon, but if I do I know where I am going to get it done. PJ's!
They won't work on anything unless it's been in an accident. If you have a door or hood that just needs painting, go elsewhere.
They worked on my car after an accident a few years back, after some delays (on my part to make sure the parts were ordered insurance wouldn't cover) they got my car in, custom parts installed, painted and looking better then before the accident.
Went in for a "Free Estimate" and was told I would have to schedule my estimate and that they only do estimates at lunch time cause their to busy. For people that work full time that's not reasonable. If a business is open from 8am to 530pm they should offer all their services while open. If i called for their tow truck wonder if they will tell me they only tow at lunch time? Poor customer service is what I see as a customer who once thought this was the best shop around.
