I went there once and I was very pleased with my car wash. I have little ones and the inside is always pretty filthy with left over snacks and they even vacuumed their chairs :) Thanks!
I then was told by the owner that he did not cover tonneaus, to which I stated that he did not have any signs up at the time of the incident that indicated such. He also claimed to not have business insurance. Also, it wasn't broken before it went through, and I had secured the straps to make sure it would not get damaged, so they are not accepting responsibility for damaging my vehicle and refusing to pay for the damages.
Before the truck went through the carwash, I secured my tonneau cover on the back of my truck. Tying it down and securing it with the straps so it would not get damaged and move at all. When the gentleman that drove the truck through the carwash got it in the port to get washed, he took the straps off of the tonneau cover to clean the tonneau but did not re-secure after washing the tonneau. He then drove it through unsecured and it ruined/ripped/destroyed my tonneau cover and damaged the light cover on the back of the cab. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they still have not paid my insurance company back to reimburse me.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Hermanville Carwash, they are terrible and do not care about your vehicle when they wash it.

AVOID THIS CARWASH, DO IT YOURSELF OR GO SOMEWHERE PROFESSIONAL! On September 11, 2016, I took my truck to get cleaned at the Hermanville Carwash. At the time I liked the work they did on the cars that I have gotten cleaned there. So I decided to take my truck there. I did not realize a lot of people that used to clean cars there that I was used to had quit or did not work there anymore.
